romps Puppy Up! Mark your calendars for the first Puppy Up! Denver walk, this Sunday, Nov. 6, at Central Park in Stapleton. The walk benefits 2 Million Dogs, an organization dedicated to discovering the common links between canine and human cancers and the causes of these cancers through comparative oncology research. Registration begins at 8 a.m., with the 2-mile walk beginning at 10 a.m. There will be booths, demonstrations, music, contests, prizes and food from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Online registration (by Nov. 3) is $30; $35 the day of event.
