Post-game Avs-Coyotes: Top guys didn't play top games
I know a few of you probably have come here to watch me take this team to the woodshed. Yeah, there will be a little of that, but really I didn’t think the Avs were all that bad today really. I saw a team that put 40 shots on net, hit a couple of posts

All Things Broncos

Broncos' John Elway spotted at Stanford practice, scouting Andrew Luck
John Elway is no normal football executive, and when he's seen at the college practice of the projected No. 1 pick in next year's draft, well, that becomes news.

Today's Colleges

Buffs' transfer Wood remains excited about CU's future
Colorado's Connor Wood didn't expect his new team to win just one of its first nine games, but the quarterback transfer from Texas remains bullish on the Buffaloes and excited about the program's future.

Today's Nuggets

@MickyArison feels the heat for wayward, expensive tweet

Today's Post Preps

"Brawn at Dawn" paying off for Fountain-Fort Carson High School football team

Woody Paige

Woody Paige: Plenty of blame to go around for Broncos' 2-5 record
Jean de La Fontaine, a 17th century French poet, believed: "Luck's always to blame." Truly, should Andrew Luck be blamed for the Broncos' troubles?
