There are some important tips to remember when taking your dog for a walk/hike or allowing him/her access to the outdoors: - Remember to always provide your dog with an adequate amount of water. - If the dog is outside at home, be sure the yard is fenced. And be sure your pet is properly identified with an ID tag and microchip. - Hot sidewalks and asphalt can be painful for your pooch, so providing him/her with shoes can help alleviate pain and avoid burns.
