Before the event, my husband and I met and talked with Sandy's parents, learned about the other residents of the home and conducted a "sex offender" search online to determine that no sexual predators lived in the area.

Go big. That is the message that a bipartisan group of 100 U.S. House members delivered this week to the so-called supercommittee of federal lawmakers who are struggling to meet a deadline to create a plan to reduce the nation's untenable deficit.
