Afternoon Headlines: Lower North Fork Fire 0% contained, 2 dead, 16 structures burned

Investigators say a second person has been found dead within the Lower North Fork Fire zone. According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's office, the second body was found near where the first was found last night. In its most recent update, the sheriff's department said the fire continues to burn uncontrolled and now has scorched more than 4,500 acres and burned 16 structures.
