Rodgers leads Packers to a laughably easy win over Broncos, 49-23
GREEN BAY, Wisc. — For a little more than 2 hours, Aaron Rodgers had a new toy. He would push a button, and watch the Broncos' secondary slowly shuffle while Packers receivers would sprint.

Shanahan beats McDaniels in Pat Bowlen Bowl
In a game pitting the Broncos’ two most recent fired head coaches against each other, the Washington Redskins and head coach Mike Shanahan defeated the St. Louis Rams and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, 17-10. The Redskins led 17-0 after three quarters before McDaniels’ offense finally did something. Still, the Rams finished with just 12 first

Air Force, Navy among top targets of Big East expansion
The presidents and chancellors of the 14 remaining Big East members and TCU have authorized commissioner John Marinatto to "aggressively pursue discussions" with certain schools interested in joining the league.  



Today's Rockies

Rockies' outfield has opening in left field, it remains wide open
It was late February, the day before the Rockies' Cactus League opener, and Jim Tracy had a message for the media: Enough already with the bouncing around. Henceforth, Carlos Gonzalez would play only left field.

If the Broncos knew they were doomed to wear this ugly 1-3 record, they could have kept Josh McDaniels in charge, twirling his whistle.
