NEWARK, N.J. — Martin Brodeur made 27 saves and survived a third-period punch to the chest by old buddy Mike Rupp as the New Jersey Devils defeated the New York Rangers 4-1 on Monday

Broncos coach John Fox's F-16 flight grounded
John Fox won't be flying today after all. The Broncos head coach spent Monday afternoon at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs preparing to fly in an F-16 jet with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, but the flight has been grounded because of mechanical issues with the jet.
