What mom REALLY wants for Mother's Day & Your Motherhood Stories

What do you really want for Mother's Day? We posted this question on our Facebook page and on Monday, many of your suggestions were featured in the Denver Post and on 9News--everything from a spa day (incredible deals in the mountains) to personalized jewelry to a "cease-fire" day.

Our Becoming Mothers series continues. Read A Surrogate Mom's Journey, how one mom navigated finding out she was pregnant after her husband left for Iraq, why timing isn't everything (this mom was still in college), JoAnn's decision to only have one child and how getting pregnant as a teenager saved this mom's life.

When your water breaks, you should head to the hospital, right? WRONG. You'll laugh at what Catherine did (and wish you had thought of it). Daria had a four-page birth plan for her first baby that was reduced to one hilarious statement with her second child.

Lisa tried for over a year to get pregnant before she had an epiphany that changed everything. This mom saw her baby being born and talks about open adoption, while another mom shares how Having Kids Is Being Thankful for the Unexpected.
