Encore on Colfax closing restaurant doors because of lease dispute
The restaurant Encore on Colfax will shut its doors after serving brunch Sunday. Chef and co-owner Paul Reilly said the closure stems from the inability to renegotiate the restaurant's lease with landlord St. Charles Town Co.
