The Rock Martial Arts and Fitness, Ken-Caryl Ever since Darin Carr saw his dad training in the martial arts in his military days, he knew that he wanted to be a part of it. The Rock, his fitness center at the corner of Kipling and Chatfield, has been helping bring martial arts into the lives of his customers for more than 12 years and with new classes like MMA to add to his roster of traditional arts, he looks to be doing it for a while to come.
The Garlic Knot, Littleton Kevin Sheam met his wife in a pizza restaurant 20 years ago and his passion for her (and New York-style pizza) hasn't diminished a bit.
