Elev. 5900 Kitchen and Bar, Parker Richard Esper and his executive chef Alec Erickson bring their considerable experience in kitchens like the Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas to a different crowd on Mainstreet in Parker. Their venture, Elev. 5900, has a thoughtful feel and their menu is full of classic entrees done with fresh ingredients (not to mention a handsome selection of cocktails and desserts).
White Soul Brothers Soup & Chili, Westminster Soup may be just a side dish or an afterthought at some restaurants, but to Scott Neilson, chef and owner of White Soul Brothers Soup & Chili, it's priority #1. His menu doesn't feature much beyond three kinds of chili, a selection of soups, ribs and sandwiches and he wouldn't have it any other way.
